I will try to use this space as a starting point in thinking of my Dissertation. I intend to discuss Complexification of the media, and try to link that with my own ambient and work environment…

Today is the day

Dissertation WORKING TITLE Complexification of the Media: From the embodied to the virtual Body and primary media; writing and secondary media; electricity and tertiary media OUTLINE I propose to look at the archaeology of communication as a system of relationships and linkages such as construction of sociality; to research into cultural/symbolic forms; to overcome bio-social reality through the mechanisms of culture, which is organized as a communicative system from basic roots as a dream, play activities and creative output of man. I will incorporate a study of space-time relations in communication. The ontogeny and phylogeny of human communication. I propose to research developing integrated systems of communication, looking at tertiary, secondary and primary media, starting from communication technology and moving to face-to-face communication. Integrated systems are powerful tools for social inclusion – both cultural and educational, and provide important data for the emerging field of media literacy.
